VIDEO - Problematic people: Why they suck but serve a purpose

WE ALL HAVE THEM - THOSE PEOPLE IN OUR LIVES THAT MAKE US CRAZY.

How do you typically deal with it? Unfortunately, many of us seek to minimize or avoid these kinds of interactions, which is actually a wasted opportunity. As human beings, we learn the most when we are the least comfortable. What can the problematic people in your life teach you about you? 

A lot. It’s not necessarily pleasant, but it is a learning experience. I believe that if you can adopt a “what can this show me about me?” attitude when dealing with consistently difficult people, you can have a more detached, less resistant mindset that will allow you to find the buried treasure and move on.
